I'm all for helping out people in need and have spent a few hours on freerice for sure. I even played long enough to donate a 1000 grains of rice. However, I then realized that 1000 grains of rice costs next to nothing. I mean really... next to nothing. So I could have spent my time better... but it is still a more productive time waster than digg. At least it feels that way.
Also, I will never beat Cait's vocab level of 42 (or did she actually get to 43?) so it is somewhat depressing to still play. Maybe that is the real reason I don't...
P.S. Kudos to you for keeping up a blog whilst I just post tantalizing pictures and no real content.
